David Gray

Dave Gray, formerly the Director of Human Resources for an international biotechnology firm, has experience in all aspects of Human Resources management. With five years experience as HR Director at a multinational biotech company, Dave has an unusually clear perspective on just what makes an exceptional candidate. His extensive background in recruiting highly specialized employees makes him an asset to Walker & Associates. He has recruited over 350 new biotechnology employees in a thirty-month period and successfully negotiated employment contracts at all levels. Dave's expertise includes recruiting, contract negotiation, staff training, and benefits administration. In addition, he has functioned as a manufacturing manager, giving him unique insight into the needs of manufacturing companies in the biotech industry.

As the Human Resources Manager for a Swiss manufacturing company, Dave successfully hired over one hundred employees in 45 days. His international experience includes several overseas operations. He is familiar with the multitude of international regulations involving hiring of international candidates, and travels extensively to coordinate collaborative employment efforts for client companies.

In addition to his biotech experience, Dave has 20 years of Human Resources Administration and recruiting experience in a variety of industries.
