Started in 1990, we provide placement services to both large
and small client companies. Through our staff and our network
of associated recruiting firms, several experienced recruiters
provide search services for our client company assignments.
We currently have information on over 17,000 candidates and industry
contacts on file in our computerized database. By searching that
database for key elements of the search assignment, we quickly
identify qualified candidates and potential candidates. Those
contacts and candidates are contacted to qualify and develop
interest in your position. At the same time your job is posted
on our affiliated career website, Bio-Jobs.com, which exposes
your job to an international candidate base. Once we have completed
this phase of the search, we contact other appropriate industry
sources for additional leads to develop new potential candidates.

Del Walker, President & CEO
Del Walker has a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering
from Penn State University. He founded the international contingent
recruiting firm of Walker & Associates in 1990, moving it to
its present location in 1994. In 1998, Walker launched Bio-Jobs.com,
a website devoted to biotechnology job placement, as an adjunct
to Walker & Associates. In addition to running both companies
as President and CEO, Del is instrumental in new client development,
candidate recruitment, and business marketing and development
for both companies. He has established major recruiting contracts
that provide Walker & Associate's professional services to several
key players in the biotech industry.
Del has over 30 years of business management experience, including
six years as President and owner of a manufacturing company,
growing the company from sales of $200,000 to $10 million in
that time. His industry background includes business management,
recruiting, sales, customer relations and contract negotiations.
In order to insure the highest level of service to his client
companies, Del travels to client facilities several times a year
to meet with their Human Resources representatives. Del's focus
on personalized service and the highest standards for all candidates
and client companies has made Walker & Associates a leader in
the industry.
